She helped us even before we put the house on the market, telling us what we needed to change/improve, what buyers will pick up as areas of concern and how to maximize the value of our home by doing some small stuff. " Buyer's Agent Review Connie was our buyer's agent. We purchased a brand new spec home that was completed when we saw it. Connie was instrumental in helping us not only find the house and go through it but also in doing research to help us understand what the plans are for the surrounding area. What is the future growth look like so that we are not surprised later on. She went looking on county websites, court documents, etc to get us all the information to make the best decision. Once we purchased the house, we had to close within 30 days. Unfortunately, during that time period we had a pre-booked/paid international trip. No worries - this is where Connie really excelled for us. She worked closely with our home inspector and made multiple trips to the new home to look for issues. It was during a time of lots of rain and stormy weather and often times she drove from Clay County to St. Johns County just to walk through our new home and inspect things over and over again.
