Connie was an amazing agent. She helped us even before we put the house on the market, telling us what we needed to change/improve, what buyers will pick up as areas of concern and how to maximize the value of our home by doing some small stuff.
She also knows everyone. Whatever trade you needed, Connie knew someone who she could call and bring there to help you at very reasonable prices.
Once the house went under contract, we got into our 10 day repair window from the home inspection and that also happened to be the same week we needed to be out of town. Connie did it all. She scheduled the repairs, met the trades at the house and ensured they all got paid while we were away.
Additionally, Connie has excellent communication skills. She is always available via text or talk. She gives us the guidance we need and want and then asks for our input/feedback and what we want to do. I interviewed 2 other realtors but they both wanted to list my home for $60,000 less than what Connie suggested. Buyer's Agent Review
Connie was our buyer's agent. We purchased a brand new spec home that was completed when we saw it. Connie was instrumental in helping us not only find the house and go through it but also in doing research to help us understand what the plans are for the surrounding area. What is the future growth look like so that we are not surprised later on. She went looking on county websites, court documents, etc to get us all the information to make the best decision.
Once we purchased the house, we had to close within 30 days. Unfortunately, during that time period we had a pre-booked/paid international trip. No worries - this is where Connie really excelled for us.
She worked closely with our home inspector and made multiple trips to the new home to look for issues. It was during a time of lots of rain and stormy weather and often times she drove from Clay County to St. Johns County just to walk through our new home and inspect things over and over again. She had tools and found water intrusion in a new home and then worked with our home inspector to get it documented and to the builder. She would keep us informed by sending us emails and pictures so we always knew what she was finding.
We may have been out of country but with Connie as our agent, it was as good as if we were there (frankly having Connie there was better than us being there).
The next time we need to buy a home, we will be definitely calling Connie to have her be our agent. There is no way we could have done this purchase without her.

Connie was exactly what you want in a realtor! It was very obvious how much she cares about her clients. She figures out what you want in a home…from location to character… then takes you to as many as it takes. If you’re in a hurry, she’s in a hurry. If you’re not, neither is she. Connie totally thinks of things you don’t! She genuinely cares about you and your happiness. We’ve even caught her pulling weeds on more than one occasion. Connie is the kind of realtor that truly takes as much burden off the process as possible. She made it to my inspections, 45 min away from her, when we couldn’t be there! She’s there for every phone call, text and email. Replies right away and gets results and answers (even while in Vegas for a realtor conference!) Then she’ll check in on you after the sale.
